    In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – May 2018) Astropol Ltd is committed to ensuring that we look after the personal data you share with us and that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy explains how we use the information you give us, how we keep it safe and secure and how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of or remove that information.

    1. When you enter into a contract with us or request any of our services we need to know:
      • your name, business name and address and post code. We need this to register any contract between us and send any formal documents by post as and when required. We will also collect similar details of contract sites (e.g. different delivery addresses) and third-party personnel (e.g. carriers etc.) for the purpose of communicating working requirements during a contract.
      • your telephone number(s). For continued communications during a contract, or if there are any problems, or we need to check anything, we need to be able to contact you quickly.
      • your email address(es). As with the above we use email addresses for regular communication throughout contracts from inception to completion, and the submission of invoices.

      We gather this information to allow us to process any contract between us, communicate with you and process any business. The relevant information is then retained by Astropol Ltd unless you instruct us to remove it.

      If you write to us, we may keep a record of the correspondence.

    2. We will not share or pass your data to anyone else unless:
      • that person or organisation is acting on our behalf. For example, your address and contact details will be given to third-party carriers and postal fulfilment providers to enable deliveries to be completed. Also, third party contractors who are commissioned to do work on behalf of Astropol Ltd for the completion of any given contract.
      • you give us express consent.

    3. We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
